The first time we went, we waited a long time from ordering to receiving our food. We wanted pastrami bagels, but they were out, so we had to choose something else. On top of that, the server forgot one of our bagel orders. The second visit was much better; the line was shorter, we got what we wanted, and the server was friendly and helpful.
